Vidya Bommi is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in social work practice, clinical supervision, and community advocacy. As clinical supervisor, also oversee the clinical supervision of our practice. providing clinical supervision to provisionally licensed staff as well as consultation for clinically licensed staff. Vidya has mentored emerging social workers, fostering their professional growth through personalized supervision and evidence-based interventions. As an Inclusion Council Board Member for The Conservation Foundation and Public Education Chair for the Chicago Metro Climate Reality Project, she champions social and environmental justice. Vidya is an active member of professional organizations such as the National Association of Social Workers and peer groups supporting BIPOC and AANHPI social workers. With her leadership, expertise in clinical practice, and dedication to equity, Vidya is committed to empowering individuals and communities through compassionate, solution-focused care.
