Licensed Social Worker/Associate Therapist
You may struggle with intense feelings, intrusive thoughts, or self judgements. Maybe you experience impulsivity, self-critical thoughts, and difficulty focusing or making decisions, which makes working or simply living difficult. You might engage in disordered eating or substances to cope with these challenges. You know you want more out of life but feel it is too hard. You want to ease your pain, manage your emotions, and have healthier relationships. You are not alone, and I am here to help.
I am a Licensed Social Worker specializing in anxiety, disordered eating, stress management and ADHD. I work with teens and adults helping them feel safe, empowered, and capable of handling whatever comes their way – without avoidance or substances to cope. Whether these symptoms stem from trauma, ADHD, an eating disorder, anxiety, or other issues, I’m committed to helping you gain the awareness, support, resources and skills you seek to recover and thrive.
Utilizing a variety of interventions—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and behavioral modification techniques—I aim to help clients navigate anxiety, stress, and ADHD with confidence, while also addressing any co-occurring mental health needs.
I’ll bring kindness and accountability to our sessions, celebrating your victories, building your resilience, provide resources, coping strategies and nurturing your confidence along the way. Ready to heal and grow? Let’s talk!
